This week, Chairman of GTI International Mr. Liao, Vice President of Technology and MeshBox advisor Henry, SmartMesh architect Scott, and MeshBox software development leader Nova held a video conference on ABIoT collaboration, discussing how to use the complementary advantages of both sides in the “new HyperMesh  infrastructure”. GTI has launched a low-power wide-area IoT LoRa module for MeshBox Tesla. MeshBox with the new integrated LoRa module will become the gateway of the IoT, allowing IoT data to be distributed and stored securely and widely used in Smart cities, Smart tourism, industrial Internet-of-Things and other fields. The two parties focused on the relationship and architecture of TinyML terminal and MeshBox Edge-Computing Machine Learning platform. This is the forefront of future technology development and an essential technology component of the new HyperMesh infrastructure.

Here are the specifics of this week:

In the MeshBox system software upgrade project, the system was upgraded from OpenWRT 17 to OpenWRT 19. Photon and Spectrum program migration was completed.  Server and APP interfaces were refactored.

  1. MeshBox Tesla’s certification work is waiting for the full resumption of work by the certification laboratory and related partners due to the impact of the epidemic.
  2. The MeshBox team exchanged information with GTI on the Tesla low-power wide-area IoT LoRa module and its test preparation.

  1. This week, CEO of MeshBox Peter; advisor Henry; Singapore marketing lead Fiona, and co-founder of the Indonesian Blockchain Association and former IBM Indonesian market leader Pandu held a conference call. Pandu pre-ordered a MeshBox at a conference held in Singapore last year, and the two parties exchanged views on the deployment of MeshBox and SmartMesh network in Indonesia. This week, SmartMesh and Pandu agreed to sign a non-disclosure agreement (NDA), and the two parties plan to exchange in-depth technical and B2B market collaboration details next week.
  2. MeshBox CEO Peter, advisor Henry and Singapore marketing lead Fiona followed up with the Singapore Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) Payment Service license application. Discussions with partners regarding anti-money laundering (AML), counter-terrorism financing (CFT) for digital token service providers, risk assessment, business plan, etc. were carried out in preparation for the application.
  3. Singapore Marketing Lead Fiona and Veronica from the Philippines signed the NDA for the deployment of MeshBox and educational applications at the Universities in the Philippines. At the same time, SmartMesh is also planning to sign an NDA with Darryl on behalf of an operator in South Africa and to form a memorandum of understanding (MOU) for potential collaboration.

The two parties focused on the relationship and architecture of TinyML terminal and MeshBox Edge-Computing Machine Learning platform.   5. MeshBox advisor Henry held a conference call with the leaders of a municipal development and reform commission this week to discuss the industrialization of SmartMesh blockchain technology, low-orbit satellite constellation, and the Internet of Things.
